The accommodation is located in a guarded complex. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and equipment are exemplary clean. Wifi connection is stable.

Staff and manager are so kind. I had to pay room fee when I checked in, but I told him to pay next day because I had no PKR and I went to ATM nearby as soon as I got up, but it didn't work. That must have been a problem. I panicked a little. I came back to the hotel with a big disappointment and explained what happened to me. Although, they didn't get upset, they rather said it's OK and took me to another bank, named 'Bank Alfalah' by taxi, surely I paid taxi fare and I succeeded to withdraw PKR from ATM of the bank and paid room fee. Again, Thanks for helping me.

Mr Khurram (the proprietor) of Britannia House, is a great polite, helpful and extremely forthcoming person. The facility its self is all (and more) that one could ask for. My family had to travel in an emergency and Mr Khurram ensured that their stay was comfortable in every way. The breakfast was GREAT as was the staff at the guesthouse. I wish all of them the very best and am sure that this facility will have a great future. I would recommend this facility to everyone regardless of their purpose of travel / stay. If you want security, peace of mind and complete hospitality, this is the place to stay at.
