We were so pleased to have found this little gem! Great check in experience with Sirkka and Romeo and always there to help throughout our stay. Good sized apartment with two really comfy double beds, clean and well presented. Hot water for showering always available. Great air conditioning in the bedroom and excellent little kitchen and big fridge freezer. There is a nice sized lounge with dining table and sofa too. Fantastic breakfast around the corner at Mango Cafe, highly recommended! Local area is safe, with local shops, bars and restaurants. Taxis to central area easy to get at the end of the road, takes about 10 mins to town. Or if you walk it’s 40 mins, lovely walk too.

Spacious, cozy, easy to find and very tranquil during day and night. The bed is very comfortable. Supermarket is only a 2 minutes ride away in the cart.

They couldn't be more friendly and helpful to us when checking in. Our flight was delayed and we had to get the later ferry across. They were as accommodating as possible with our delays

Good location, about 10 minutes from the main town of Isla Mujeres. Air con in the bedroom. The owner upgraded our room for free, which was very nice.

I highly recommend a stay at Suites Ha. The staff are super helpful and the apartment that we stayed in was huge. It is a short drive from the ferry station which takes about five minutes and costs 100 pesos. Taxis are freely available from the ferry port and on the road between Suites Ha and the rest of the Island. I'd recommend getting a taxi drivers number so you can ask for them to pick you up to see nearby attractions as well heading to see the sunset one morning. You may think at first that you are cut off from the the beaches but you'll soon realise that being amongst the locals and the restaurants around Suites Ha, offer better food at a significantly lower price and a more authentic atmosphere - Mango Cafe, El Chefcito were highlights. The walk to Playa Norte is about forty minutes, but leaving early and coming home in the evening, makes it a great way to start and end the day.
