The staff were absolutely incredible. So polite, kind & attentive. The private beach club with the hotel is the nicest one in isla mujeres. The nighttime entertainment was great and the food was lovely. Our jacuzzi bath on the balcony didn’t work which was a shame, but other than that our stay was perfect.

Location was fabulous, beach and near many good restaurants and the ferry terminal was not too far, we walked there with lots of luggage.

We had a fabulous time at PA. The staff were so kind and warm, the food quality and portions are great (especially for an all-inclusive). Cocktails are delicious. Buffet breakfast was incredible, what tasty way to start the day! We loved the beach club and were there almost everyday. We had a hot tub in our room and there were bath salts provided which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely romantic and relaxing stay.

Nice location, not on North Beach though, no matter what the hotel claims. The staff are lovely and the hotel is clean.

Excellent hotel. Perfect beach location. Beach chairs and palapas were excellent. Easy walk from the ferry terminal. Literally right beside the Main Street with tons of restaurants to choose from. Included buffet breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend hotel.
