The room was very clean, we had access to the beach club with beach bed, as well, as towel service and swimming pool. The staff was very attentive to our needs. WE lobed the garden and the silence in the garden the most, just beautiful.

Perfect setting, a short, 2 minute walk to the breakfast venue and the beach. The staff are lovely and helpful, everything was really good. We thought the Yoga classes available on site were amazing.

Na Balam was incredible!! The location near playa Norte is ideal and it’s close to town for food, but far enough away that it’s peaceful in the evenings. The sun beds on the beach are a few steps away from one of the best snorkelling areas. Would highly recommend staying here! As a side note, the team went above and beyond to keep us comfortable during the tropical storm! Keeping the generators running all through the night and bringing meals and snacks.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Na Balam Hotel. The atmosphere was very chilled, staff was very helpful. The pools was we looked forward to each day. The breakfast was included and it was delicious with alot of variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We had the poolside suite for our family of 4 (2 young adults). This was our little paradise tucked away 🏝️ The rooms were basic furnished, but beds were so comfortable! The air con was great & sleeping under the palapa roof was much cooler than I’d expected. If you’re a light sleeper maybe take earplugs, but the noise from outside was minimal. There was a small pool-never over crowded & a jacuzzi which we didn’t use. There was a lovely seating area just outside our room, perfect for a cool drink when we got back from the beach. Breakfast was just across the road in Casa del Jaguar (sister hotel). This consisted of juice, tea/coffee & specific items off their menu. The pancakes & waffles were delicious, but our favourite was the Mexican Omelette. Each morning we were given pool towels and beds were reserved at a specific area on Playa Norte. The location of beds on the beach was the best! We walked up and down the beach & this was by far our favourite spot shallow water to the left, but slightly deeper to the right, opposite the Mia Reef hotel. Beach parasols were also available. The hotel itself is Peacefully tucked away, but steps away from the beach & minutes from small convenience stores/dive shop & food carts/restaurants during the evening. *Please note photos below are of our room & the pool behind the red Na Balam beds are for Casa del Jaguar guests only.
