Complimentary Sea Transportation to Isla Mujeres Palace: Guests can book their seats in a complementary sea ride to Isla Mujeres Palace for up to 9 guests, including luggage. All guests are responsible for their own transportation from the airport to Marina Hacienda del Mar Office. Please send an email to the property indicating the date and time you’ll be arriving at Marina Hacienda del Mar along with your flight itineraries. Applications to be picked up in the pier, should be sent 24 hours in advance of arrival between 9 am and 6 pm The applications made on the same day will not be permitted or granted. You must add the pick up in the confirmation document. Guests arriving late are responsible for their own transportation and must be responsible for their stay in Cancun, and will have to reprogram their transfer. Schedule: Departures from Cancun: (Marina Hacienda del Mar) 9:00 am – 11:00 am – 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm. Departures from Isla Mujeres pier: 8:00 am – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm y 4:00 pm. Additional Information: Restrictions apply for weddings and groups, because of the maximum capacity of the boat. If the sea transportation is not able to sail due to weather conditions, maintenance, or any other foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstances, guest is responsible for the ferry tickets and any taxis taken to the property. Guests will be responsible for resubmitting their request for the sea transportation. Sea transportation does not operate on Wednesdays. Ground Transportation from airport to Marina - You will be transferred from the Airport to the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, a 30 minute car ride from Cancun International Airport.
Pre Check in at the Marina – upon arrival to the marina our welcome team will escort you to either the vessel or a designated area where they can relish refreshments, pre check-in to their stay in anticipation of the upcoming voyage.
Once aboard the vessel, a delightful 20-minute journey unfolds, serenaded by the soothing sounds of the ocean. Arrival to property dock – As the embarkation glides into the dock, you will be welcomed with a warm “Ma'alob k'iin”. Welcome to paradise in Mayan. (Guests may book ground transportation with the hotel's in-house transfer partner at the appropriate cost or may book it separately)

We just checked out of the Almare hotel after a 6 night stay. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, the staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were great too. We felt that the food was really delicious but perhaps our only criticism was that they need to change the menu more regularly. Lastly, we just wanted to call out Alejandro at the beach bar who was absolutely incredible during our stay. He was so hard working and friendly and it was his hospitality that made our stay here so special. We will 100% return! Great hotel.
