Transport between Cartagena and the island is not included. Please inform the property in advance if you want to use the service for an extra fee.Transportation: We leave from the bodeguita dock at 8:30am. Attendees must be at the dock between 7:30 - 8:00am.Guests must pay the tax at booth number 9 and enter through door number 1. Tax value: $20.000 per person (payment in cash. Price subject to change).Return time - 3:00pm. Arrival to Cartagena around 4pm.The hotel does not offer hot water servicePlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We stayed one night in between our dive days and the dive shop is directly in the hotel area, which is great! It's the only opportunity to also see the bioluminescence if you do the 5 dives - 1 night package and we could swim with the bioluminescent plancton for free next to the hotel after our night dive and even use the dive masks to really see it well - definitely recommend that, in total it was absolutely worth spending the money to stay here!

I was hesitant to stay here after reading some of the reviews but I am so glad we did. The staff were so lovely and friendly, the welcome drink was very appreciated and we had a lovely airconed room. We rented some snorkels and enjoyed swimming in the water. This place is ideal to relax in.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable, though basic, room. Bar and restaurant were great, and very reasonably priced given the remote location. Pool area was lovely. We went diving with the on site dive company who were amazing. Transfers from the mainland were comfortable.

Facilities were great, the staff was very kind, the resort is very well equipped for a comfortable and nice holiday, the views and location are amazing. Food was very nice and they offered free kayak and bioluminescent plankton which are both unforgettable experiences

We had a truly superb family holiday. The staff were excellent and very patient with our poor Spanish. There was in fact always someone who spoke English and they couldn’t do enough for us. Highlights included kayaking in the fascinating enchanted lagoon and great snorkelling in front of the hotel. The food was excellent too.
