The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, they were kind and always there to help me with booking activities, exploring the island, anything! Beyond grateful, it feels like a family. Rooms are comfortable, big bathroom, I really enjoyed my stay. Food is good

Very good location, Citara beach was 10 minutes walk away. Poseidon Terme is situated in the same location, close to Citara Beach. The atmosphere of the villa is very intimate, the stuff is very kind and helpful.

Very nice accommodation. Wr had half board, and this is very a good deal. Unless if you're with very young kids, it's a pleasant (<15 min) walk to the beach.

Everything was great. The staff was extra friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and spacious with big bathroom. The food was 10/10!

Beautifully manicured plants and greenery surrounding the property Friendly helpful staff who feel like family Well maintained pools and clean facilities Easy walking distance from beach, restaurants and Poseidon thermal spa for a day out Lovely team who even helped book my ferry back to Naples Beverello from Ischia Port

The Hotel has a great garden that was a real pleasure to spend the evenings in. The pool is another highlight on the hotel, I do believe them when they say it's thermal water. When we arrived they presented us with 3 rooms and let us choose the one we like. All of them had a lovely balcony with a view.
