A wonderful hotel! A little outdated, but it gives it a charm! The staff is very helpful, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable! The pools are great. Thank you Italy, you are beautiful!

The place has many pools that were not overcrowded during the stay in late september. Therea are many facilities available on site as well: nails, massage etc., but all paid separately, and a bit pricy. The breakfast is very good. The room is clean, bed is very nice. You need to pay additionally for the bath rob too.

The pools are nice, staff are helpful, the building had a character for itself. It is quite clean and well maintained despite the fact that it is an old building.

We loved EVERYTHING about La Reginella. It’s a really luxurious, classical Italian hotel. The room was spacious and we equipped; the bed was very comfortable and we had a lovely terrace. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and wonderful service. The thermal pools are AMAZING and all different temperatures, and we spent many lazy days in the garden going from pool to pool. The staff are just WONDERFUL, charming and so helpful. They really go above and beyond. The beauty spa is great - I had a fantastic lymphatic drainage massage. And finally the location in the town is so very convenient - close to everything! We are looking forward to returning again next summer!

The facilities are kept to very high standards. The pools are amazing and the location is superb, as it's located in a prime spot in Lacco Ameno. Breakfast is good, with plenty of options to choose from.
