Lovely customer service from the staff, everyone friendly and happy. I liked that breakfast was provided. Clean rooms , nice location. At check in, offered a complimentary coffee, very nice touch. Also liked the 24 hour security at reception. Quiet and calm atmosphere.

Evrything was perfect. the family who manage the hotel is very kind, all the staff are very kind, everyone is very smiling. The breakfast was delicious. we hope to come back as soon as possible

Lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and very helpful! We had a lovely, basic room but with a great balcony with a view of the sea and the castle! The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the castle, restaurants and bars. There were swimming spots nearby and a bus stop and supermarket right outside. Would highly recommend!

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of town. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants or get a taxi if travelling further. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast style was new to us ie not a fry up, but we liked it. I ate vegan options and was completely satisfied. There was enough to eat and the staff kept replenishing items that had finished. The room had all the amenities we needed. I even washed small items of clothing and hung them out to dry on the line just outside the window, clothes pins were provided too. We didn’t spend much time in the room just sleep, bathe and then we we out.

The staff are so friendly and very helpful. The hotel's location is excellent. We have a lovely view of the castle from our balcony. The castle is less than a 10minute walk. There is a supermarket and bus stop right outside the hotel. The bus regularly passes to bring you to the port area. The room is nice, lots of storage and a fridge.

Had the best stay at this hotel, staff were super helpful with helping us plan some activities to do while on our stay. The room was great - clean and comfortable. The balcony had great views. Lots of restaurants with great food nearby… we will definitely be coming again

The location is perfect, we loved the seaview, balcony, the place was newly renovated clean and comfortable . Friendly staff .
