The staff were amazing! Very helpful and their people skills were outstanding. Even with me not having Italian they would make sure to answer questions. The location was great, You had a short walk to lots of choices in restaurants. The Hotel was close to bus transportation. Flat walking in most areas near the hotel The iconic Castle was so convenient to walk to.

Friendly and helpful staff, perfect location close to the castle and city center. Amazing breakfast with a lot of choices, warm thermal swimming pool with rest area. Highly recommend this place.

Location is great, about 20 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes walk to the castle.

This felt like a home away from home. Everyone was super friendly from reception staff to the cleaners. Also gives you a real appreciation of the hard work that goes into running a family hotel!! The selection of wine was superb from a good bottle to the house wine (which is incredibly cheap!)The dinner was so tasty, varied every evening , good value for money and huge servings.

Close to the Castle and in a quiet area. A great little supermarket next door. The Hotel organised a Boat Tour which was fabulous !!

The hotel has a great location, you can find a nice beach, supermarket and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff of the hotel is really nice. I do recommend the boat trip around the island that is organized by the hotel.

The building is well maintained and in a great area of the island. The staff were extremely friendly and great breakfast. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony.
