The staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Gina and Luisa. The room was light and comfortable. We had a great sleep while staying here. The breakfast was freshly made every morning, and it was delicious. The location is so convenient to walk around the port. I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel

Our experience at Hotel Da Raffaele was wonderful. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, great location and very friendly staff. The location is perfect for walking around Ischia and is close to the harbour. We could rent a scooter for a day and explore the island on our own.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good & large shower, balcony with view, and Andrea, main customer service person, was extremely helpful and happily offering good suggestions (restaurants, beaches, thermal baths, ...), and direction such as which city bus line to take.

Andrea was very helpful and gave us a new room when we asked for it (wanted a balcony and first only got a room with a french balcony). He was also super helpful with regards to our travel to the airport and provided thorough information. The transport from the hotel to the airport was only 55 euros per person and we highly recommend this!

Very pleasant and helpful staff! We have booked a standart but received upgrade room. The greatest thing was a huge terrace. Great location! 5 minutes to the city beach and 16 minutes to the seaport and bus stop. Delicious food in the restaurant (for lunch and dinner).

Great location, 10 minutes walk to the port, right in the heart of the small city, loads of bars, caffes, trattorias etc around Great service from the personnel, they really catered to any need and promptly and kindly offered support whenever needed Excellent breakfast, for a rather small B&B in Italy, as part of the night rate to have sweet and also savory options (local fresh cold cuts, boiled eggs, cheese, butter etc) is quite rare at this price. The breakfast was delicious! Raffaelle has a gelateria, trattoria and caffe/bar besides the hotel, we used all of them and everything they do is really good - the restaurant has good food, gelateria and pasticceria also, nothing more you could ask for.

I chose this hotel based on the pictures on booking, which unfortunately don't resemble the real rooms. I thought I booked a spacious, bright room, with colorful tiles, and instead I was shown to small, dark, basic room, with no balcony, and a window facing a backalley. The bathroom was dilapidated, with paint coming off the appliances and tiny shower. Very deceiving and unfair. On the positive note, good location, strong wifi, nice coffee in the morning and friendly staff in the restaurant.
