Please note that the hotel is accessible by foot via an unpaved road which is 150 metres long and ends with 60 steps.Please note that the hotel can be reached either by land or via taxi boat.The 24-hour taxi boat runs from 01 May to 30 September. It is available on request and at an additional cost, except children under 11 years. The boat departs from the jetty on Via Boccaccio in Ischia Ponte.From 1 October to 30 April the beach is always accessible but the umbrella/deckchair rental service is not available.Beach access includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room. The private beach is always included in the room price.Please note that guests must book a table at reception for lunch or dinner at the restaurant.Rooms have various designs and décor. It is not possible to request a particular room shown in the photos.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The hotel has its own beach with sun beds which is such a bonus in Ischia. they also have the much desired view of the castle. you have a feeling of isolation there … which is good or bad , depending on what you seek. in any case , it’s very easy to get a taxi boat to the castle area (a town called Ponte) where there are restaurants and bars. If you want a scooter or car , the hotel can arrange it for a good price. You’ll need to park at the top above the hotel as the road ends up there. Be aware that access by land has many steps going up, not a problem for some people , but if you are elderly you should use the taxi boat instead.

Fantastic view. The hotel restaurant is exceptional. Thermal pool right by the hotel. Angelo the captain of the water taxi that takes you from the Harbour to the hotel beach is a joy!

Our room did not have a view. The beach was not great, lots of rubble and building work right next to the lounging area.

This hotel is a true gem, managed by a wonderful staff and situated in a stunning location with a magical view of the Aragonese Castle, Vesuvius, and Procida. The restaurant has a terrace with a breathtaking view, and the food is even better. It is easy to reach the shops in Ischia Ponte but, in my opinion, the best option is to enjoy as much as possible the unique location. It is also possible to have a boat tour of Ischia with Angelo. Highly recommended activity!!!

Beautiful hotel, very kind and helpful staff. The private beach had very nice, clear waters. The service was 10 out of 10.

Amazing service and incredible views! Rooms are recently renovated and clean. The hotel is surrounded by steep stairs both uphill and downhill, however, the boat service provided to Ischia Ponte made it much easier to get into town. The area is residential, thus there is not much in the immediate surroundings. The restaurant by the beach is good. We enjoyed the included loungers on the beach.

An authentic hotel in a stunning position. We didn't have one of the fancy rooms with the sea view balcony, but the room we had around the back had a nice little terrace instead, which was useful. The views from the hotel terraces were stunning anyway and there were plenty of places to sit and admire it. The restaurant was excellent - with delicious food and friendly but professional staff. Travelling to and fro via Angelo's boat was lovely. The beach was Ok, but we also liked the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. The staff on reception were also very helpful.

Loved the view from the room and the restaurant. Food in the restaurant is lovely and the staff are charming. Alessandra on reception was super helpful and kind. Overall I enjoyed our stay apart from the one negative below..
