My 2 uncles stayed there for family wedding and one of them had an accident the young man was amazing. He helped to organise help and supplied us with a warm drink. He is a credit to the hotel

The second time I have stayed here and I cannot complement the staff both at the Swan and the Malt house especially the young lady with the piercings very helpful and friendly face, all the restaurant staff were exceptional as was the food Excellent choice of bar drinks and both menus had something for everyone.

Brilliant historic. Character filled location in beautiful Ironbridge. Room 5 which I stayed in had a glass floor showing the old malting working. Most fascinating.

The room was large, light and airy and well equipped, and the bathroom was spacious as well, with bath and shower. Excellent view from the room. Breakfast was very adequate. The sausages and beans were particularly tasty!! I wasn't so keen on the American themed dinner menu. One evening was a novelty but enough. But that's just my taste. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially the member of staff who welcomed us and dealt with us on arrival.

Well positioned and priced pleasant staff . Really good cooked breakfast next door at the sister hotel . Nice having entertainment in the bar which was very good but unfortunately very few customers to give it more atmosphere. Room clean and comfortable with a view of the river but would benefit from a spruce up as a little worn in areas .

Everything was great. I booked the room for my wife for a day break and requested the reception team if its possible to allocate her the glass bottom room and though they came back saying its already booked, on the day of check in due to a cancellation it was kindly offered and wife was pleasantly surprised with this feature. Breakfast in the nearby cafe was great too. Overall great, 5* for customer service.
