Location - excellent for walk along the river in both directions, and good local pub around the corner. Breakfast - good quality ingredients used and cooked perfectly, together with cafetiere of ground coffee Very friendly hosts

Our room was in the coach house next to the main property. The property is Grade II listed and is set in much larger than average grounds for the area in general. It offers fairly easy walking access for the Ironbridge Gorge UNESCO sites and museums. The room had all expected amenities other than a bath which doesn't suit us anyway. The proprietors James and Sara are lovely people and will offer newcomers to the area knowledgeable information about the local amenities. Breakfast was excellent and freshly cooked according to a menu that you pre-order the evening before.

Calcutts House is a lovely B&B with beautiful rooms, friendly welcoming hosts and a great breakfast. Also a really nice pub (The Black Swan) 5 min walk from the house.

Such a lovely property, with beautifully decorated rooms and very pretty features. Lots of little extras provided by the wonderful, friendly hosts. Our room was very cosy, had a large comfy bed and nice luxury bedding. The breakfast was exceptional, very tasty and perfectly cooked.

The location was great the hosts were very welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and the atmosphere while having breakfast was very relaxing. We felt very relaxed and at ease whilst we stayed there.
