Hotel was central to amenities, shops, theatre, rail station. On the whole the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast was very good & wide selection of foods. Room temperature good & room quiet.

Breakfast was lovely, there was so much choice of good quality. Staff friendly and welcoming and appeared interested in why we’re were staying (theatre trip).

Greeted cordially and check in good. Room was reasonably spacious with everything you would expect. Hotel was well situated and convenient for shopping, catering and football.

Comfortable beds (twin room), good to have separate toilet. Friendly and professional staff We stayed one night and did not have food - bar staff very friendly. Very convenient for local amenities

It is a nice hotel where you are warmly greeted every time you arrive. I appreciate variety of options for breakfast. Cleaning is very decent. Size of wardrobe is right for me. Everything I need is supplied.
