The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.In our continuous efforts to improve our services and maintain the resort, we will be carrying out lobby renovation works from 31st July 2024 to 7th September 2024, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. During this period, you may experience occasional noise disturbances.In addition, the State of Perak has impose Local Service Charges at RM 3 per room per night every hotel category effective 1st January 2025 in accordance to Perak Hotels Regulations 2024.This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these improvements. The staff are always friendly and helpful The pool is beautiful and the view is so lovely especially at night , the gardens are very well looked after , I don’t have small children but if you do they have a petting zoo and playground , they have quite a few lovely scenic seating areas and the restaurant is quite nice

The stay at The Blue Haven hotel was exceptional. The service was outstanding, warm, kind, and always smiling. The apartments were huge, spacious, and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. The phenomenal location made you feel one with nature, with wonderful, well-maintained trails and a jungle just around the corner. I even managed to encounter a large monitor lizard – an incredible adventure. The breakfasts were very good, with exceptionally good coffee. There was a wide selection, mostly Asian cuisine, but also eggs and freshly made omelets, fruits, and cakes. The pools were beautiful and well-designed. Snack prices were great, and the quality was good. Free parking was available. An important note: the kitchen is accessible only for stays longer than 7 days; for shorter stays, activating the kitchen and its accessories costs 150 RM per day. In summary, thank you to the wonderful team at The Blue Haven for the amazing relaxation I experienced with you. I will remember this stay for a long time!

You should have online access to the tv... Something like Netflix YouTube.... Very very boring in the room wit the normal chanel... Noting nice to watch

I think the pool is fabulaous with the moutains surrounding it, with spa in the pool as well. HIghly recommend , it is not that far from the city

The surrounding landscape is stunning. It is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The pool was unbelievable and our sons didn’t get out of it!
