The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the theme park is closed on Tuesdays, with the exception of local public holidays and local school holidays.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
Please note that there would be an extra bed with additional charge for all the hotel rooms (except for Glamping and Malayana Floating Villa - no extra bed available).**Theme park is close every Tuesday except for Malaysian School Holidays & Malaysian Public Holidays)

This hotel is comfort and location very convenient as we have got theme park. Hotel included breakfast. As we stay for two nights, the breakfast choice hope can be more different choices. First and second day is almost same. Maybe th3 cereal, drinks, fruits and etc. can make guests look forward to breakfast

The location directly opposite to the lost world of Tambun theme park. The hotel was clean and serviced each day we were there. Check in was easy and bell boys to help bring luggage up to room. Breakfast was great as well. One of our favourite experiences in Malaysia. Free night pass entry tickets for family.
