Charming period guest house. Quiet despite on busy road. Good air conditioning, hot water and wifi (get more codes if more than 2 devices!). They own a cafe adjacent for breakfast. Very handy for station plus bars, restaurants etc.

Lovely b&b was like stepping back in time: antiques filled the common spaces and the building has been beautifully restored. The bed was very comfortable and the in-room air conditioning very effective. The tin cups and Ipoh white coffee were a very nice touch. Located in the old town, it was only a few minutes’ walk from all the major sites and majority of the restaurants - and also not far from the train station.

The location is good. It’s clean. Cute murals and spiral staircase. Allowed us to keep our bags till the train departed. Early check in at 12 instead of 2 or 3. Late check out was 12:30.

Walking distance to the highlights of Ipoh's Heritage Trail. Close to little antique shops at Panglima Lane and many bustling eateries at Concubine Lane. Many heritage museums such as Arlene's House, Ho Yat Hor Museum and Ipoh World are also nearby. There are 2 convenience stores (KK SuperMart / 99 Speedmart) about 5 mins walk from the hotel although they are in opposite direction of the tourist area. Authentic heritage building with historic setting room. The hotel itself is worth exploring to appreciate the architecture. Spacious room and modern toilet. The adjoining Lim Kopitiam building is also owned by the hotel and serves great breakfast. Mention being hotel guests for a discount. Their coffee is also provided inside the hotel room and can be purchased from the cafe.

Beautiful heritage building that manages to keep its charm. Everything within the old town square was accessible by foot, so getting around was extremely easy without needing a car. Just walk around, and be properly immersed in everything.

Great location near Concubine Lane and the old part of Ipoh, easy 10 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were clean with air-conditioning. There's a toilet available to use after you check out. The check-in time said 2 pm to 8 pm but the hotel had a staff member available to check me in when I arrived at 11 pm. Staff was very nice.
