The fine print

Hotel was clean and fairly new. Room was also clean, a bit small but more than adequate for an overnight sleep. My 2nd time staying at the hotel, so I am a satisfied customer. Good value for money and if you would like to explore the old Ipoh town, the location is great

we were able to check in much earlier than expected. breakfast spread was sufficient for us. we had the family room and the space is spacious enough. toilets and bedsheets are clean.

First time staying at the hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. Services were prompt and good, staff always put on their best smile and willing to assist whenever ask. Love the breakfast spread which changed daily, breakfast environment always tidy and clean. We took the hotel free shuttle from/to the airport and the arrangement was straight forward. Hotel location is convenient, with eateries all around and within short walking distance, just need to watch the two-way traffic when crossing the streets.

The hotel is conveniently located near New Ipoh Town, about a 10–15-minute walk away. There are several eateries nearby, including a 24-hour Indian coffeeshop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. It is also easily accessible for Grab pick-ups. The complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great added convenience for guests.

Modern hotel in new town. We had a standard twin and it was very small for 2 people. Not much space so we didn’t bother unpacking!. Noisy toilet cistern. But safety deposit, mini fridge, good AC and wifi, and shower good. Clean too. Staff pleasant and helpful. It’s a bit far out from the few sights there are in Ipoh, and if you are walking in the sweltering heat, you might want something closer to the old town. However the hotel is clean, with pleasant staff and the breakfast was okay.
