Stayed a night at this hotel during the first weekend of March 2025 with my mother recently. We loved staying at this hotel as it was very near to where we once lived in Ipoh and also very centrally located to accessing the North South Highway and also Ipoh city and surrounding suburbs near the hotel. Staff were courteous and friendly during check in and check out and rooms were well kept and tidy.

Especially parking space. It's too limited and insecure. I would prefer basement parking which is safe and guarded.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the room was a bit dusty, with noticeable dust on floor n furniture for studio apartments.. This made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable, and I was disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival…

The place is clean and located near to the town: ) actually not our 1st time here. The property was much cleaner compared to last time we stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Fuss free hotel. Room not very big but strategically placed furniture made it comfortable. Tv has good selection program. Water pressure is good. Water bottle are plenty.
