The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were really friendly and the room was generally comfortable for the price. The area was pretty quiet but not a long drive to all the locations. Besides that what you get is similar to the pictures.

I had a very good 2 nights stay at this hotel in Deluxe King Room. It is located strategically near to the Lotus@Tesco, nearby highway and it made us commute from the hotel to Ipoh town very easily, and the attractive places such as Lost World of Tambun, was just about 15 minutes away. It was also very convenient to stay in the hotel which 7E cafe and Mamak stall are just down stairs and fronting the hotel, surely can "ngeteh" and "lepak" with friends and family. Checking in processes was fine, the staff was so helpful, namely Meena and she made the registration for our group (13 of us) smooth as sailing, the wash room for the guess in the lobby was immaculate and the hotel have a very pleasant smell. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, the room was so comfy, spacious, neat, and cold, the staffs was friendly but in terms of appearance of the staffs, there is room for improvement to make them look more professional with proper uniform. Overall i can say, this is affordable, comfy, calming ambiance and very strategic nice place to stay for those who are planning to go to the Lost World of Tambun but refuse to spend so much on accommodation.

Location as it was next to Lotus. In front is a mamak restaurant. Two Kopitiam with good local Chinese cuisine. Two coin operated laundry. Maybank around the corner with a street stall selling peanuts et al. Friendly staff.
