Very nice and hospitable lady at the reception. The room is clean, just like in the pictures. It has no window, but we didn't miss that. We missed the breakfast though.

This stay was one of my best stay in Ipoh. The staff is friendly and polite. I reach the hotel around 1am and yet they still welcome me wit a smile and even helped me to on the aircond and light earlier before i step into the room. The room is so spacious and clean. Worth to pay. Highly recommended and looking forward to back again for my next stay.

Very new and clean property. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A bit out of town but an easy short walk to the train station via the underpass which isn't obvious at first.

Well what I really liked about this hotel is the staffs were really so friendly or helpful.All basic facilities or amenities were provided in the room. Last but not least what really impressed me the most is a staff of yours named Nelson even safeguarded my car where I accidentally or never realized that my left hand side car mirror was left opened the whole night.
