Place is at the city of Ipoh and walking distance to Ipoh Parade. Offer complimentary parking but the parking is quite narrow. Room is very clean and comfy but for a room of 2 persons, they only provide amenities for 1 person. The room internet connection is okay but tv has no internet connection and no access to neflix nor YouTube apps for a smart tv plus nothing to watch on the available tv channel. Breakfast is okay but service from the staff especially egg station is wonderful.

The location which is convenient and in the centre of the town. Very close to Ipoh Parade which is across the hotel within the distance.

Check in was slow even after the 3pm and did not get a straight answer when the room be ready. Waited for almost an 1 hour before could get the room ready.

New property but vibe is not there yet and bed hard . Car park is narrow for cars and probably convenient for smaller cars , lifts moving slow . Breakfast decent but no basic like yoghurt. Egg station guys friendly

Like - Thoughtful gesture for sharing Dried Lavender Sachet in the evening to promote a good night of rest to hotel patrons. Dislike - Unable to connect to Netflix. Limited channels on TV for viewing.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed. Toilets are spacious, clean and equipped with amenities. Breakfast selection is limited but very good quality and tasty. There free flow of coffee and snacks at the lobby.

Amazing clean hotel. Beautiful and amazing bar with happy hour and beautiful drinks. Staff were amazing! Location was great. Great pickle ball court on the roof. Lovely pool area
