The apartment was spotless and the living area really comfortable. Great space planning. Beautiful pool and view of beach. Close to beachfront and bus stop but still far enough from the crowds. Excellent service, warm and friendly welcome.

Ideal location, we arrived by ferry and got a bus from the port to right outside the apartments. We were able to check in straight away and had a welcome basket with cheese and jam. Apartment was so clean, it’s spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping were lovely and cleaned our room every day. The manager is really lovely and welcoming.

We liked everything in Gianemma..had wonderful time there. The apartment is great, modern and minimalist style. Very clean and very confortable. We felt.like home. A stone throw to Mylopotas beach. I strongly recommend the place. If we come again to Ios, we'll choose Gianemma without any doubt. Thank you!
