Good position near the lake and public parking. Typical Epirus furnishings and architectural taste. The owners are very kind and pleasant. We thank them for the perfect breakfast service! I recommend these rooms as very comfortable!

The hosts were super nice the location is amazing located right next to the old city center and in front of the lake. Room was super comfortable and beds were nice with a cool balcony.

The whole set up !! It used yo be the owners family house. It has kept the traditional elements, like the small yard in the inside of the building.

We stayed at this beautiful characterful property with friends in September 2024. It’s been renovated to a very high standard, literally everything feels and looks brand new. Family run, by charming and friendly hosts, who are always available with advice and local recommendations. The location is good, on the lakefront just beyond the castle walls, with plenty of options to eat, drink and sightsee close by. The town centre is a 7 minute walk. Breakfast is plentiful and good quality, served in a lovely room or in the courtyard.

Virsa is wonderfully located on the lake promanade and minutes away from the ancient villa. The owners are all about service. Breakfast was good as well. Parking is not part of the premis but within a really short walk. We did not have any trouble finding a parking slot (this might not be the case at high season).
