The cottage was amazing .....fire was an absolute bonus and breakkie stables was so sweet Cottage was close to all amenities to see the loch opening was another thrill and the trains going fast was a novel idea with hardly any noise ..you could go and talk to loch master and local pub was great

Gorgeous property in great location, so quiet and so much to see with it being right on the canals. Great spot to go walking and a nice safe quiet enclave of houses.

I was not expecting the beauty of this location. It is breathtaking. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous and very well appointed. The host was very helpful and answered any questions we had. I could not fault it.

Lovely cottage in an amazing setting. Really well kitted out and plenty of instruction on how to work all appliances, heating etc. The surprise welcome pack of basic groceries was a lovely touch.

Excellent location, the facilities were great and the decorative touches through otter cottage, truly a delight to stay here and it's great for wee furry dog friends. The location is stunning too and we had some lovely leisurely walks along the canal.

Very lovely small Cottage ! First contact with our Host was friendly and an earlier check in was no problem. We were welcome with everything you need for a nice breakfast. The Cottage itself has a nice view over the canal from the kitchen and you can sit in front of it on a little patio.Parking is easy right in the front of the cottage directly at one entrance. Everything is well equipped and very clean.Bed had a nice size,too. On the rear there are railway tracks and sometimes a train goes by but it doesn't disturb. A pub is within walking distance just behind the railway tracks. We really enjoyed staying and will sure be back if we are in the area.

As usual at Otter Cottage a "home from home" experience. Clean, tidy, great facilities and excellent support, if needed, from the host/owner. Location is beautiful and a very nice stroll along the canal into central Inverness. 5 star all the way.

Stunning location with great facilities & extras. Great for walks on the canal & easy to walk into the city. Bathtub is amazing & plenty hot water & a good shower too. Great parking spot right beside the door too.
