Single room was comfortable. Bathroom was nicely done out and good shower. Bed was decent. Breakfast was great and combined with the location, makes it pretty good value.

Great location and cozy rooms. Great breakfast and super clear instructions on self check in and breakfast request. Rooms have all the amenities requiered for a great 1 night stay.

This guest house is set in a lovely location it’s just a short walk by the river into the city centre, restaurants etc. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful - great breakfast!

A beautiful place to stay a couple of nights in Inverness. Very Scottish style, super breakfast, nice staff, clean bedroom. Also I would recommend their restaurant in town where we had a wonderful dinner.

A small hotel beautifully furnished and interesting decor. One bedroom has No 10 Downing Street door! Excellent made to order breakfast

We had a great time at Aye Stay. The breakfast was really good. We were only two minutes walk from Under Canvas concert and discovered great singers from the UK.
