The location is lovely and helped by blue sky and sunshine in the morning. Staff were warm and friendly. Beds are really comfortable as is the room temperature. Bar area is spacious and relaxing; good place to meet up with friends. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options for every taste.

We were delighted with the complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which enhanced our stay significantly. The beds were comfortable. Room was clean and hygienic. A special mention goes to Sylvi,, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She provided excellent service, offered breakfast recommendations, and consistently served quality beverages.

The Service, when we arrived we were offered a preference of room location, I mentioned that my partner struggles to walk so not too far away from the lift. We were then given a room on the ground floor which was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and there was entertainment on New Year’s Eve which was spectacular. All in all a great stay.
