Such a lovely place to stay! Richard is such a friendly and attentive host and made sure all was good. A great place to stay, especially if you want to be a bit out of the busy areas!

Richard was an exceptional host - friendly and accommodating, he made our time in Inverness really great. The room itself was perfectly clean and comfortable, the location was wonderful and breakfast delicious. Would definitely recommend!

Richard, the inn keeper, was exceptional- had great travel suggestions and went out of his way outside of scheduled breakfast times to make sure we ate before we went out for early morning excursions.

Mum and I had a fantastic stay at St Ann's. The place was well located within easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was exceptionally clean and had all the home comforts. The breakfast each morning was superb and cooked fresh to order. Most importantly, hosts Richard and Yanqing work tirelessly to ensure that every detail is covered. We were welcomed like family and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both so much for making our stay special 🙏.

Very welcoming, helpful, kind host. Clean quiet accommodations. Walking g distance to the river, city center, restaurants. Excellent cooked to order breakfast. Beautiful garden in back to view during breakfast. Great restaurant recommendations amd other local tips.

Richard and Yanqing were wonderful hosts. We were made very welcome; the room was very nice, the guesthouse very clean and the breakfast very good. Richard also provided us with great suggestions where to eat in Inverness as well as places to visit and best routes to take. The guesthouse is in quiet street and only a short walk from the center.

Richard and his wife were gracious hosts. It was a great location. Close to the train station. We felt very welcomed. He carried our bags to our room. Breakfast was wonderfully cooked and it was a great variety. He offered great suggestions. I would definitely recommend this place to friends. The breakfast area had a lovely view of his well cared for garden. The room was very comfortable. The neighborhood was very inviting. We were close to everything.
