The owners of the house. Were. So delightful. , and. 100 percent. Interested in pleasing their guests. .. the. Breakfast. Was. Amazing and organic. And. Of the best quality. !

A very nice room on the ground floor, in a quiet location overlooking the canal. Spacious shower room. Clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts with lots of local knowledge and excellent breakfast

Christina & Jim are very welcoming and eager to help their guests to explore Inverness. The B&B is located on a side canal of the River Ness which is about a 30 minute walk away (& the city center with all its restaurants and attractions). Breakfast was ordered the night before with hot food not cooked until we sat down. It included a range of offerings for everyone. One of us choose porridge both days and loved it so much she ordered the oats as soon as we arrived back at home. And the full Scottish was great - did miss the Haggis though :-) Bottomline here: excellent, excellent, excellent.

+ amazing hosts so friendly, welcoming and caring + lovely location right by the Caledonia Canal + parking + lovely breakfast with many options to choose from + very comfy bed The property might be a bit far from the center of Inverness. Please, do not mind the walk into town as it is fairly short and very nice after a hearty dinner. Thank you so much for this great stay!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, very friendly hosts - and beautiful breakfast cooked for us. Recommendations for dinner, and a lovely and easy walk to central Inverness for dinner. Lovely view over the canal.

Jim and Christina were wonderful hosts. Jim gave us a ride into town to get our bus because the taxi had taken so long! Christina helped my wife find a pharmacists to be prescribed some antibiotics. The home was clean, we loved the location (quiet, an easy walk into town and an even easier bike ride), the breakfast was superb. Just a really lovely time.
