No breakfast. Location was wonderful, 6 mins walk to River Ness and a further 5 mins walk to city centre. 5 mins walk to Tesco and Spa shops. Some good Chinese, Indian and chippies all in short walking distance.

Location was perfect with a very short walk to the bars and restaurants. We didn't opt for breakfast but we're informed that there was a Tesco's one street away selling pastries etc The room was quiet and comfy. Parking was reservable which proved very useful given all the on street permit parking

Andy and Luigi were very helpful with any questions we had, and service to the rooms. We felt very safe in the location and it was very quiet and clean. Very close to the bus and train stations, which was a bonus to easily meet our scheduled tour pick up points.

Excellent Location within 500 mts to the River Ness and loads of food options across the river. The hosts helped us with the parking of our car even with limited parking space.

The location was great - just a 5 minute walk to the city centre. There is a room on the main floor where you could sit (dining tables & chairs); since the room does not have chairs, so this was good.
