Breakfast staff were excellent, lovely dining area, large and comfortable room. Easy walking distance to the city centre. We had a minor hiccup during check in but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

very comfortable & clean room with everything we needed. Kate made us a great breakfast to go when we had to leave early for tours which was appreciated. The breakfast was also great on day we had it in. Lots of local information of attractions & places to visit was provided which was handy. loved our stay here.

The host helped us a lot. He took great deal of effort in planning our visit and sharing details about traveling from one place to another. However the cleaning wasn’t done everyday even though we put a sign outside our room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. But great location. Just 15 mins walk from the station.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Breakfast was very good. Accommodating hosts. Would definitely recommend. Opposite an Aldi supermarket.

Good location, 10 minute walk into town, though on main road it was quiet due to double glazing, comfy bed, room to move about in bedroom. Car park to front, got a bit cramped but no problems on my visit.

The location is a 15 min walk to downtown and the town attractions Easy to find, but the driveway is very narrow, so it is best to approach from the left side. The parking area was large enough to accommodate all the guests that were there our nights. Breakfast was just right and served hot, even complete with a smile from your host Nice lounge area for u to use if you wish to get out of your room

Kate and William were fantastic hosts. The facility was clean and in top-notch condition. Breakfasts were above expectations. The location is fantastic and we walked to downtown Inverness every day. We would return to this B&B any time and highly recommend it for others.
