Warm welcome. Tea and coffee facilities. A very comfortable bed.. Breakfast was very nicely cooked with a friendly chat from our hostess. It is an easy level walk from the city centre My husband left his medications behind and the kindly hosts delivered them to the hotel in town where we were meeting our tour . This was a superb act of kindness and care. xx

The room had twin beds, and was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower. I liked the atmosphere, it was well ventilated and warm. The hosts were absolutely great and friendly. Our daughter was very happy, and that says it all. The location is superb, walking distance to the city centre, yet shielded from the noise and hustle bustle as it is located in a residential area. The breakfast was good and so were the conversations with the fellow travellers. The host engaged with us and was quite helpful in sharing tips. One thing I noticed after coming back to pick up something after vacating was that the bed linens were being removed for cleaning, which showed the level of covid cleanliness they were catering to, and it put me quite at ease to know that they were so meticulous about cleaning. We had a gluten free and lactose free diet, which they were quite happy to cater to during breakfast. We came here by train, but because all bus stops and train stations are so near, we had no problem with commuting. I highly recommend the hop on and hop off tour, which is again quite easy to catch from here.

Paul our host gave us good recommendations for a trail nearby overlooking the loch ness. We had a very copious and good breakfast. The room was comfortable.

The location was good. Room very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The host was very knowledgeable about the area and gave advice when asked but not pushy. We hope to go back next year

Great little place to stop over on the way to the Isle of Skye. Paul was helpful and breakfast was tasty. Easy to get to and check in and out.
