The location is very good. The rooms are clear. The breakfast was very good. The hostess was very polite and friendly. Very comfortable beds.

Laura very friendly, can't do enough for you. Breakfast brilliant. Really comfy bed. Location brilliant, 10 minute riverside walk into town centre. Would stay again If we are back in Inverness..

The room was big and comfortable. The owner was very nice and welcoming. Good location, just sbout 10-15 minutes walk from the river, shops and restaurants. Good and rich breakfast.

A fantastic experience. Our host, Laura, was brilliant - very friendly and helpful, even though we were pretty challenging guests (arriving late at night, leaving early in the morning... and forgetting a wallet in the room at the end of our stay.). The house is situated in a quiet location, but just a short walk to the centre. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Very tasty breakfasts as well, with enough options to choose from!
