I like its location and proximity to services anywhere and anytime. The property and its furnishings are good, especially the bed in the rooms. The beds and their beddings are superb. good, and comfortable for the body to sleep. The only place that's not good and needs serious improvement is the kitchen. Its space is too small compared to the number of guests that will be lodging in the hostel, untidy, and little or no kitchen wares and appliances to support the guests' stay. The kitchen is crying for a touch and improvement, please. Thank you.

Great facilities, beds were fairly comfortable and there was free cereal and milk in the kitchen but the kitchen itself was filthy; the bins were overflowing, the floor was sticky and there was food dropped everywhere, the sink had dirty cutlery in it and the sides were covered in food bits and puddles too. The common area was nice, good sofas and benches and reception were helpful. Bathrooms were spotless and great facilities however. Not loads of room for luggage in the room but manageable and the street noise below is very loud in the rooms.

Very convenient for the bus and rail stations, as well as the city centre services. Reception was not open as I arrived in the evening, but it was just a minute's walk to the Black Isle Bar where the bar staff were so welcoming and gave me the key and details of the rooms and facilities. The communal room on the top floor is really nice, with a few comfy sofas and some chunky tables and benches to eat at. The female showers and toilets were clean and there are plenty of them!

Easy access despite late arrival - friendly & helpful bar staff member at check-in. Street door and room door secure. Kitchen good for breakfast in morning. Loos/showers fine.

The staff were fabulous. Kind and communicative. Very helpful. The room and access were easy and just what I needed. Kitchen seemed well supplied and clean. I'll be back
