Had our dog which was good but price for one night is now costing £35 which is a big jump in payment in comparison to some excellent hotels:

Brilliant location, double bed very comfortable. But the child's bed was very lumpy. Breakfast was lovely. My grandson loved the pancake machine. Staff were excellent.

Pefect Location . Lots of parking space for cars. Amazing front desk and bar staff. Rooms was clean and bathroom was clean. Nice hot shower all day. Good breakfast . Overall amazing place for a stay with family. Its safe and secure place to be with family.

The hotel is pretty much what you'd expect for a Holiday Inn Express. What really impressed us was the warm, welcoming staff who were incredibly helpful and accommodating of requests (special thanks to the lady who found the extra-soft pillows!). The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to undertake, and once again the staff were helpful with local-knowledge tips and recommendations. We also hadn't realised just how close it was to such a big shopping centre - so many facilities just a short stroll away.

I had booked this holiday on behalf of my parents for their anniversary and I phoned up on Friday morning and asked if I got flowers delivered to the hotel could it be delivered to their room for their arrival and the lass I spoke to on the phone made sure everything went smoothly. So so so happy for the extra help. Brilliant team xx
