You will receive an e-mail the day prior to your arrival with a code, allowing you to access the building and the apartment.If you are unable to check in prior to 18.00, please inform Highland Apartment 24 hours in advance.Guests will receive an email direct from Mansley Serviced Apartments labelled, ‘Payment Now Due`, within minutes of making the reservation, within this email will be an option to open a secure payment page which is to be used to process payment for the reservation.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Location and beautiful apartment. House keeping very attentive and helpful. Location is excellent close to the beautiful River Ness and all the amenities, restaurants.

Great apartment in a great location. Not far from train and bus stations. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay there again. The balcony is fab.

It was easy and safe to access the parking and the apartment. We had a partial view of the river Ness but that’s was a bonus as we didn’t expect any view. The bed was super comfortable , place was clean and well equipped. I misplaced a piece of jewellery and the staff came to help and it was located, so helpful, so appreciated. We would stay again and would fully recommend these apartments.
