A beautiful campus of hotel rooms on absolute riverside to the river ness. Inverness as a town has tonnes of character and our only regret was that we stayed for only one night. the brewery taphouse tour was amazing, and their selection of whiskeys for tasting was wonderful.

Paid parking when the price per night is not exactly cheap … Otherwise the room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was good although very busy

En suite was great, shower was lovely and warm, didn't need to set up my airbed as bed was comfy ( most are not so it was a lovely surprise). Great food at the nearby bar and the views were spectacular right by the water.

Loved the entire location on the river front. Rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! Will definitely stay here again if ever back in Inverness!

The junior suite was amazing and perfect for us and our pet dog. The waterside restaurant was excellent.

Poor communication by check-in staff. No mention by hotel staff that you only have 20min free to get in and out of the hotel car park. Free in the street until 10am. 6 weeks later, l received a car park ticket due to me exceeding the free 20min by 5min.

My room was located at the front of the hotel, the view of the river was wonderful and contributed greatly to my positive experience of staying here. The room itself had lovely wooden paneling around the window, high ceilings, and plenty of space. Facilities within the room were fine, with a large comfy bed and good shower. The hotel location is perfect, only a five minute walk away from the centre, but far enough to ensure a quiet stay with minimal road noise. Huge breakfasts with plenty of choices, great to have a taproom on site with some good, if not quite to my taste, beer. I would certainly come back here for another stay, providing they had availability of rooms with a river view.

Location and river view is fantastic. The building looks attractive to the front and the breakfast sunlounge is lovely. The staff were mostly pleasant and helpful.
