First room was freezing - swapped rooms but smaller than we’d paid for so we the effectively overpaid. Wi-Fi - atrocious !

Convenient for City centre with a 10 minute walk. Very friendly staff and excellent food choice. Have stayed at the property several times and have never been disappointed.

We stayed at the Chieftain six years ago and just kept coming back over and over again. We could have paid a lot more to stay elsewhere else not as good. Our room was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. A very good price for Inverness.

Good location without being too close to the city centre. Good accessibility from the south. Tasty reasonably priced food.
