This is the loveliest place to stay, it's so cosy. The location is excellent and the breakfasts are amazing. Fraser is a wonderful host with lots of great advice on a wonderful stay in Inverness. Can't wait to come back!

A Beautifull house and the owner Fraser is a wonderfull man! Breakfast is perfect. Rooms are perfect and only 10 min walk from city center

Great welcome. Room very comfortable with an exceptional bed. Loved the local knowledge and recommendations. Appreciated the fresh flowers around the house. Wonderful breakfast topped it all off. Definitely worth recommending
