All facilities excellent. Plenty hot water. Made a bit of a mess of bathroom floor! A/C not on to the bed which was good. Very comfortable. Thanks.

The motel was easy to find and to access. The owner was onsite at the time of our arrival. He was very helpful with what was open on a Monday night for dinner. We had a problem with the light in our bathroom when I reported it we were offered another room straight away. I asked that it be fixed as we had unpacked our vehicle and it was fixed straight away. It was a chilly night and the room was warm so we didn’t notice until we walked outside. The owners take great pride in their establishment and everything is clean. Even no mould in the shower! I think that has to be a first for me. I asked about walking tracks and was directed to the ones directly behind the motel along the river. We then walked into the town and purchased take away. Knives and forks in the room allowed us to be able to eat it in comfort. Oh not to forget the complimentary Tim Tams just great with a cuppa after dinner. Would definitely recommend this motel to all I talk to and anyone looking to stay in Inverell.

The staff and management were very welcoming, friendly, they did room service each day we stayed which was nice. Enjoyed the tim tams and water provided. Overall it is a good place to stay have no complaints, would stay again definitely

location very well appointed and easy to find. it was an easy walk to club for dinner. WE did not order breakfast as we had food with us as were travelling through to another destination.

Loved the customer service what was provided. The man was so lovely about everything. Having the 1 bedroom apartment was great for families with the kitchenette. All rooms were spacious. It was close to town and to the soccer fields, the reason for our stay. It was a lovely experience.

Very clean. Newly renovated bathroom which looked great. Shower was hot and strong, just what you need after a long, dirty day at work. Reception where very friendly and helpful and even asked they could suggest dining options.
