Good location, our motel was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a carpark right outside our unit and we were able to store our bikes in a secure garage/laundry area on-site.

Paul is an incredible host. We enjoyed a warm friendly welcome. The motel is conveniently located close to the city. The room was spacious, clean with modern furnishings and a nice kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep without any disturbances. The customer service at this motel is 5 star. Paul kindly helped us when our rental car broke down on arrival in Invercargill. Paul made sure the rental company fulfilled their obligations in replacing our car and that everything was done right for us when the tow truck driver arrived from Queenstown. We are very grateful to Paul for going the extra mile for us.

The management was exceptional and friendly. The extra effort to make our pet dog feel welcome was amazing. The best pet friendly motel in NZ. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling with a pet.

because we were arriving late the unit was unlocked and the light on. we were able to enter and settle in without disturbing anyone. I thought the unit was very clean and accommodating for my family and the pet friendly aspect exceptional.
