It’s out of North Conway and off the main road so very quiet with easy access by car to restaurants. It’s a motel but one of the more modern and comfortable ones we’ve used, with a good big bed. Coffee and doughnuts ate provided and if you’re lucky a fire pit and some music from the owner.

The kids absolutely loved all the toys that they had for them to play with. The pool was great & clean, our room was clean and the AC worked really good to keep the room cool for us. The bathroom wasn't fancy by any means but it was clean and we had no issues at all! They had coffee in the mornings you could go grab if you wanted which I thought was pretty nice! We all had a great stay and would come back if we travel back again and would recommend to people!

The room was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. The fridge and microwave were great. Lighting was great. Such an awesome deal. I want to go back with my kids so they can enjoy the pool and additional fun areas.
