The hotel was very clean and well-organized, which made my stay comfortable and pleasant. I arrived at the hotel before the check-in time and was able to leave my luggage at the reception. The staff were very friendly and understanding.

You can easily park there or walk to other places that are nearby. The room was cute and clean and the staff really friendly.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the place is cozy, the wifi works good, the location is good too, the beakfast was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay here again.

Staff were fantastic age very helpful. Breakfast was great and even included scrambled eggs. Our room was at the end of the building and had a window and little balcony with views of the mountains and trees, which was lovely!

We liked the location closed to Wildersmil train station allowing us to go for hikes easily. Bonus point to the management who prepared a nice and complete take away breakfast while we had to check out very early the day of our departure.

1. Hotel and Staff: The hotel room was comfortable and the staff provided excellent service. 2. Luggage and Access: The hotel has an elevator for convenient luggage transport. There's also a spacious communal balcony on the first floor, so there's no need to book a room with a private balcony. 3. Water and Transportation: You can safely drink tap water throughout Switzerland, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water. Additionally, the hotel provides a guest card upon check-in, granting free access to local buses and trains between Interlaken West and Interlaken Ost.
