There was excellent customer service and lovely people at the place. We didn’t have many plans initially in Interlaken but the lady at the reception was amazing and very polite, she let us know what we could do and how we could best plan it! The property itself was also amazing, very clean, all the dishes and equipment provided were exceptionally neat, the apartment was also very clean. Overall, it made our stay at the hotel and Switzerland wonderful! Thank you!

The apartment was great, it was clean and will equipped , I like the location where you can reach the city center in few steps . also big supermarket is nearby (Migros) . Hotel has a free parking, Free wifi. Big thank to the owner Ms Veronica for her hospitality and assistance.

Great location, only less than 5 minutes walk to the Interlaken West station. The host Veronica helped to guide us on the places of the town with maps and nearby tour spots. She was gentle and nice.

Loved this place! :D Room: They provided a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge! Bed was comfy and the size was good for two people. The toilet seems quite new and we had a small balcony. Love that they have USB charging ports at the headboard so we could charge our phones without an adapter. Staff: Very friendly staff at the counter! She kindly explained the main attractions in the area. Location: Seems quite central. We could walk to the main street where there were many shops and supermarkets. Others: We paid CHF15 for access to the laundry room (includes washing machine, dryer, detergent) and we have access for 24 hours. Parking is free on-site

The accomodation,transportation,nice local people and attractive places,for example:Iseltwaid,Harder Kulm,Brienz ana Thun lake,Lauterbrunen,Murren,Gimmelwald and Oeschinensee

Thank you for welcoming us. We were on the 3rd stop of a switzerland tour, no idea where to go or what to do and all the maps and telling us about little places to visit was amazing. You were so welcoming! Thank you for the chocolates! We had a nice treat on the way ro Lucerne! Great position, lovely room, clean and welcoming . Also thank you to the gentleman who carried our ridiculous size cases up the stairs!! Great you had a USB and us c charger point!

Veronica was beyond helpful! Amazing service and just so kind. The location was perfect. Away from the crowds and quiet and close enough to walk from Interlaken West station. The bed was so comfortable. The view from the third fall was incredible.
