THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION MADE A FREE UPGRADE ROOM WITH BALCONY AND THE SAFE WAS NOT WORKING THEN SHE CHANGED THE ROOM TO ANOTHER ONE .IN CHECKOUT SHE GAVE ME AGEFT FOR THE NIGHT THAT I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL I WISH THAT I KNOW HER NAME AND ALSO MR MOHAMED KEDER AT THE RECAPTION WAS VERY HELPFUL THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Hotel Toscana is located with close proximity to food, shops and both Interlaken West (7 mins walk) and OST (bus frequency every 30mins) main stations.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of Interlaken, and the staff were very friendly. They provided me with a bus card to explore the entire town.

Great location - easy walk to shops, restaurants, bus stops and Interlaken West train station. Beds reasonably comfortable.

Location is 10/10, Bus stop Interlaken Jungfraustrasse is right below the hotel. And this hotel lies in between Interlaken Ost and Interlaken West stations. Interlaken Ost is about 1.2 kms from this place but you get buses every half an hour from the hotel. And Interlaken west is just 350 meters away from the hotel.

The location is in the center of Interlaken and near to everything. Coop and Bus stop is nearby and the train station (interlaken west) is just 6 minutes by walk. The room is facing the park and we watched the paragliders from the window.
