Room was clean and warm, shower hot, good hairdryer, iron and kettle all good standard. Kitchen with coffee machine and microwave was a bonus.

Interlaken is very expensive, but this place offers good value for money. Good location, nice room with a view, responsive staff

The location was great for me. It is easy walking distance from Interlarken west station and Interlarken Ost. It is also on a bus route. The room was spacious and clean and had everything I needed. the shared kitchen area and balcony was lovely. I did not meet any staff but my check in information was pinned to the main hotel entrance with a lovely note.

Our room was very warm and cosy. Was a good location as COOP was just down the road and plenty of food options were available close by. The kitchen facility was handy as well. We could walk to both Interlaken West & Interlaken Ost train stations.

It was a very good experience. Everything very clean. I had a balcony and a nice view. Me and my mom where very happy. There is a restaurant just downstairs and the food is delicious. Perfect place to stay.

Price - reasonable 25 mins walk to Interlaken OST station. Can take a bus No 104 - 10 mins.

Location of the property is excellent. The balcony is a big help because the room is not very spacious. Without the balcony, it would be very hard to move around the room.

Self check-in very smooth. Great location around 5-10mins walk from central Interlaken. Room was spacious with separate dining/kitchen area/balcony. Family loved Interlaken and surrounding, we visited Lauterbrunnen with beautiful waterfall walk, climbed Harder Kulm for fantastic views over Interlaken and beyond, and went to Grindelwald First for sights and adventure - kids loved the Mountain Carts and Trottibikes.
