the room with the balcony has a great view, the location is perfect, close to the bus station and nice places to eat. we also made us of the laundry service which was super quick and convenient during a bank holiday. the free coffee / tea on the floor was really appreciated

We absolutely loved this hotel! It's not the fanciest, but it is impeccably clean and very cosy and comfortable. The staff are lovely and friendly, and we loved the tea, coffee and snacks in the lobby. Will definitely stay here next time we're in Interlaken. Location is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk from stations and restaurants. Also, the bakery across the street is incredible for breakfast and lunch.

Lovely old building is Swiss chalet style. Our room was really lovely and had a small balcony. We had stunning views of the snow topped mountains. Fabulous bakery shop over the road. Excellent pub opposite and down a bit, with good atmosphere and great food. Free parking right beside the hotel was great. Unlimited tea, coffee and water available on each landing.

We did not have breakfast, but coffee was available in the hall on each floor and was very good! We got a card to use for free bus ride anywhere in the city.
