Big common lounge where you can microwave your food although it is not allow to boil water and eat inside your room.

Superb location just 3 mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was great and scrambled eggs made for you.

Everything about this place was great, not overly big which was perfect. Location was fantastic only 4 minute walk to station. Breakfast was included, no hot food but the pastries and other condiments made up for it. Highly recommend this place!

Lovely place. Great size room. Special Thk you to Angela who was an absolute Angel i injured myself and she helped myself and two young boys by going completely out of her way for us. Thk you again Angela so kind of you! & mngr who offered help also Breakfast room & bedroom spacious.Laundry service, communal room alot to offer all round would def stay again. Super close to main street too

We liked a lot about this hotel because for hikers and nature lovers like us it was functional and practical. It is a five minute walk from Interlaken West station and close to a supermarket. It is in a quiet suburban area. In this small, family-run hotel, it is the staff who make this a clean, calm, comfortable place to stay. Thank you Lotschberg team! We used the common room to relax after hiking in the mountains, to make a cup of tea and to be always surprised by a glimpse of spectacular snow-capped mountain in the distance. We appreciated talking to the staff about mountains and trails, staying safe in the high mountains, and respecting the fragile, Alpine natural environment and ecosystems. We also liked that there was a small field nearby with cows and the music of their tinkly bells.

I liked the pretty exterior of the building, its views and distance from Interlaken West station. Appreciated the sofa bed being set up for us.

Very close to Interlaken West train station. This hotel provides a Lounge room equipped with fridge,microwave,crockery,cutlery,coffee machine etc ,which allows us to use to eat a meal which can be purchased from the major 2 Supermarkets in Interlaken. The hotel does not allow eating in your room, hence the lounge facility. Great idea for travellers. A Continental breakfast was very satisfying with its selection. The welcome from the owner on arrival was pleasing. Would recommend this hotel .

The staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly which made us feel right at home and she even helped me out with an adapter for my phone charger as I realised I had the wrong one. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views! 10/10 would recommend! The breakfast was also very good!
