I liked that the hotel was at a walkable distance from the train station and the city centre. Hotel entrance is right next to a beautiful Japanese garden giving a perfect view from the inside of the hotel during morning breakfast

The place looks like a gingerbread house with its cute little window shutters. It has an inviting fireplace when you walk in and the rooms were clean tidy and spacious. The staff were all welcoming and the buffet breakfast included was fantastic

Located 500m from Interlaken OST station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is ok. Overall we’re pretty happy and would easily recommend it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me to the places I wanted to go and showed me which buses to take. Also the location is perfect as it’s just a very walking distance to the Interlaken Ost and even to the center! And the breakfast and even the restaurant at night, are both great!

Was a great experience. The Hotel is at a location which is quite convenient in terms of travel to the station, Harder Kulm, shopping etc
